The Role
As the Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in steering our technical team towards delivering exceptional products and services. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will well be supported managerially while providing some leadership to a team of two. Your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the development and delivery of a major, high impact betting platform, harnessing the power of C# .NET, PHP, and other essential technologies
- Driving innovation and proactively solving problems, fuelled by a commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic technological landscape
- Collaborating seamlessly with diverse roles within the engineering team, including effective coordination with internationally based team members

With a three plus background in software engineering, you thrive in roles that challenge you to innovate and solve complex problems. While team lead experience isn’t a prerequisite, your strong communication skills and eagerness to succeed as a team stand out. You are motivated by complex technical challenges and are committed to continuous learning and development.
